What the budget says
“To ensure this support is available to every young Canadian who needs it: Budget 2026 proposes to provide $7.5 million over three years, starting in 2027-28, to the Public Health Agency of Canada to continue supporting Kids Help Phone's work providing mental health, counselling, and crisis support to young people.”
